Elad Yifrach's new interiors boutique is a gem, showcasing a carefully curated collection of lust-worthy décor pieces.
Put on a showroom! L’Objet redefines ordinary household objects with touches that will make them into the next family heirlooms.
When Elad Yifrach envisioned L’Objet, he pictured a boutique offering an expertly curated collection of high-end home décor. His latest location, on Bleecker Street, goes above and beyond to provide customers with the highest level of quality and elegance in uniquely crafted pieces made of precious metals and jewels.
“The West Village is the best representation of an old neighborhood with a modern vibe,” says Yifrach, who points out that the area is a perfect fit for the store’s refined casual-living products. “The vision for our first NYC boutique is to keep it fresh with globally sourced and unique functional objects.” He’s also adding home fragrance and apothecary collections into the mix.
Yifrach sought out skilled artisans from around the world to craft distinctive, one-of-a-kind products: “My commitment to our client is to show designs that aren’t exposed all over.” That commitment has resulted in a selection of hand-gilded Fortuny Rabat carafes crafted in Venice, nickel-plated two-tier serving trays with gold bamboo accents, and textured Byzantium plates finished in gold and platinum, among other exceptional items.
Yifrach is all about originality. “You don’t want to walk into someone’s home and see a piece that you just purchased,” he says. “We hope to help you discover what you really need and what will make the room special.” 370 Bleecker St., 212-659-0316
