Babu Ji, a refreshing take on Indian cuisine, has arrived in Alphabet City by way of Australia. Husband-and-wife team Jessi and Jennifer Singh, who run popular eateries down under in Melbourne, have opened an inviting restaurant filled with everything from Hindi proverbs to Bollywood films. The Burger & Lobster pop-up at Madison Square Park in conjunction with the Oval Lawn concert series will start June 24 and run every Wednesday through the end of the summer. Despite its name, the UK chain’s temporary shop will only serve three different versions of their mouthwatering lobster rolls in a tent located off 19th Street. Beer and wine will also be available.
La Nuit en Rosé Returns For a Second Year
Fans of rosé can cheers to summer during La Nuit en Rosé from June 25-27 onboard the Hornblower Infinity Yacht.
