Millennials, listen up! Your favorite place to get Instagrammable avocado toast has just expanded. With floor to ceiling glass windows, greenery from plants and darling accents, the restaurant is truly a respite from city life.
The gorgeous interior is was designed by Heather alongside Marnie Gelhard, Butcher’s Daughter’s VP of Design and Branding. The new location features the signature bohemian, bungalow vibe with a Brooklyn twist. Heather and Marnie spent nearly half a year sourcing vintage finds from antique markets near and far.
As for the food, diners can expect signature fresh and healthy dishes like Smashed Avocado Toast and Breakfast Tacos as well as some new Brooklyn specific dishes like the Carrot ‘Lox’ Bagel, a freshly toasted New York bagel topped with cream cheese, Roma tomatoes, red onion, capers, and dill. This outpost will also be offering a ‘CBD your dish’ option for every dish from salads, to smoothies, to baked goods and have partnered with Devocion, Colombian coffee company, who will also be offering CBD coffee options. 271 Metropolitan Ave., Brooklyn
