Eloise will always be the queen of The Plaza Hotel, but if she had a little brother, he'd love the hotel's new Tower Suite, available for bookings beginning June 22. Your little knight in training will bask in the round bed within a unique circle-shaped bedroom overlooking Fifth Avenue.
The 23-foot exposed brick cathedral ceiling exemplifies medieval architecture, giving the bedroom the authentic feeling of spending the night in a real life siege tower. The living room features The Plaza’s very own coat of arms, which is derived from elements in the family crest of Henry J. Hardenbergh, the original Plaza architect.
To remain under the guardianship of the brave knight, guests (also known as parents) have the option to book an adjoining Edwardian Fifth Avenue suite and Deluxe King Room, converting the room to a three-bedroom suite.
The suite comes as part of the Knights of The Plaza package, which includes one night in the room, a welcome package, and a picnic at Belvedere Castle in Central Park. rates begin at $1,345, and bookings should be made through The Plaza's Family Ambassador at 212-546-5219 or ThePlazaFamilyAmbassador@Fairmont.com
