Brunch Plans: The New York Palace

In celebration of Easter, the pastry chefs at The New York Palace hotel are using Lindt chocolate to create a decadent Gold Chocolate Weekend Brunch. The four chocoholic dishes include raspberry lemon pancakes with white chocolate mousse, a banana-split Belgium waffle, an orange brioche French toast with cocoa ganache, and crêpes with hot chocolate affogato and vanilla bean gelato. Two desserts, including a white chocolate macadamia tart (ABOVE), will also be offered. The brunch will be served in the Palace’s Istana brasserie and each guest will be gifted with a Lindt gold bunny. We can’t think of a more posh—and kid-friendly—brunch to satisfy your Easter sweet tooth. And don’t fret if you’re out of town this weekend, the brunch will be offered every weekend throughout April. 455 Madison Ave., 212-888-7000
