She's one of the world's most alluring sex symbols. Men hyperventilate when she appears onstage. She’s at the height of her beauty, her figure is legendary, and she knows the power it gives her. Men confess they fantasize about her when they’re making love to their wives. No, it’s not Angelina Jolie or Pamela Anderson. She’s a burlesque queen. Let’s call her “X.”

He’s a mogul connected to the entertainment world. His name appears on fancy benefit committees and he sits on serious boards. Let’s call him “A.” His wife is a great beauty and a star in fashion and social circles. Some whisper she married for money, not love, but in truth they’re a good team. Let’s call her “B.”

This couple has a secret that keeps their marriage invigorated. Like many fashionistas, she swings both ways and has access to fresh faces that seek her advice. While they were dating, “B” brought nubile nymphets home as a present to “A.” They got used to the heat and haven’t changed their formula for keeping things hot in the boudoir. N’est-ce pas?

X” works at the Sapphire in Vegas, the world’s largest gentlemen’s club, where she’s a favorite in the Champagne rooms. “X” has dated highprofile athletes and more than one rock and movie star. In the past there was never any fear that “A” and “B” would run into “X” in the city. But now that Sapphire has bought Scores and is opening clubs in Manhattan, it could be a problem. “X” has already been booked as the star attraction at the New York clubs, which will feature 100 girls a night. This won’t be good news for “A” and “B.”

X” has taken to flashing a diamond bracelet and earrings that were gifts from “A” and “B,” and after a few cocktails she doesn’t shy away from saying who gave them to her. If “X” lets it slip that she’s seen “A” behind “B”’s back when he’s been out West on business, it could spell the end of “A” and “B”’s fun and games.

Who else would tell you these things?

BAZ RELIEF
Nicole Kidman is the leading lady of her generation, on par with the likes of Katharine Hepburn and Vivien Leigh. Kidman’s and Hugh Jackman’s film Australia is an epic masterpiece in the style of Gandhi, Doctor Zhivago, and Giant. Director Baz Luhrmann makes you want to discover Australia on your own as he skillfully weaves this tale of love and deception in the outback during the 1940s. Jackman earns the title of 2008’s Sexiest Man Alive in every frame. Louis Vuitton and Men’s Vogue sponsored an evening, paying tribute to Luhrmann at the Museum of Modern Art. After dinner Elton John serenaded Jessica Biel, Elisabeth Moss, Josh Lucas, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Peter Sarsgaard, Tory Burch, Rose Byrne, and Melania and Donald Trump.
