Limited Edition Chocolate: While the Armani brand is no stranger to haute couture, Giorgio Armani’s empire also takes food seriously. Armani Dolci has debuted a limited line of Armani Fondente, a decadent gold-plated box of pralines filled with rare and expensive Ecuadorian criollo cocoa. $1,395 Per Ounce Cognac at Del Frisco's: A perennial power lunch spot, Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse is known for its best-selling steaks and an impressive wine list. Now, the Midtown restaurant is one of the only U.S. restaurants to carry Louis XIII Rare Cask 42.6 cognac, which goes for $1,395 per one-ounce pour. Pinot Noir Dinner at Musket Room: New Zealand is synonymous with sauvignon blanc. But during a special five-course dinner ($135) on Dec. 1 at the Michelin-starred Musket Room, the country’s only master sommelier, Cameron Douglas, will spotlight pinot noir. Fellow Kiwi and chef Matt Lambert will cook each dish—think New Zealand red deer and mushroom custard—to pair with the wines.
