Direct from Italy, rock star Sting and his illustrious wife Trudie Styler have been busy bees (pun intended) creating a lovely line of wine, honey, and olive oil sourced from their home in Tuscany, called Il Palagio. As do many of their neighbors, the couple cultivate the land for delicious wines and artisanal foods, and are sharing them with the world. Here’s a look at what they've cooked up:

Il Palagio Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva Biologico ($49) is an extra virgin olive oil that’s been cold-pressed for very low acidity and is completely organic, heavy, and full-bodied. The hand-harvested olives used to make the oil are plucked from an orchard that dates back several centuries. The taste is described as grassy, bright, and peppery. Hot summers also make Il Palagio perfect breeding ground for a range of flavored honeys ($25 each), each boasting its own unique taste and floral accents. Flavors include Chestnut, Acacia, and Thousand Flowers, which pairs brilliantly with cheese, yogurt, and ice cream. Eli’s Manhattan, 1411 3rd Ave., 212-717-8100; elizabar.com
Named after famous Sting songs, two of Il Palagio’s wines are available in New York: Sister Moon V. 2008 and Caslino delle Vie V. 2009. Sister Moon (Morrell Wine Exchange, 1 Rockefeller Plaza) wears the crown of being Il Palagio's debut IGT Toscano wine, and is available in two vintages. A blend of Sangiovese, merlot, and cabernet sauvignon, it rocks notes of sweet cherries, crushed flowers, and licorice. The Casino delle Vie (Eli's W.I.N.E., 1415 3rd Ave.) boasts similar tasting notes, but is made with Sangiovese, canaiolo, and colorino e altri vitigni grapes.
